Please read our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to anything stated – please DO NOT use our website or purchase any of our products.

Products and services

Body Beautiful You currently sells a range of candles, wax melts, body positivity tote bags and body positivity acrylic paintings. Each product is listed on our website with a full description and price. Please take note as to whether the candle you purchase is for burning or is for decoration only.

Our tote bags have been designed by ourselves with the design professionally digitalised. The design is then professionally printed on 100% cotton tote bags.

Our body positivity paintings are painted using acrylic paint onto a white stretch canvas, colours can be customised by the buyer.

-Sustainability

It is very important to us that Body Beautiful You is as sustainable as possible. All packaging used is eco- friendly and 100% recyclable.

We may make our own shredded paper from packaging we have received to be even more eco-friendly. We use reusable silicone moulds to make all of our candles and boob wax melts, any glitter used to decorate is biodegradable and plastic free. We use separate moulds and utensils for different colours and/or scents. Please alert us to any allergies you may have as cross contamination of fragrance oils can not be ruled out as all items are handmade and hand-poured within the same environment. If there is any doubt please do not make a purchase and consult a medical professional.

ALL candles and wax melts are CLP compliant and will come with the relevant safety labelling. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request.

Candles and wax melts that are able to be burned have been through test burns. Test burns also continue to be conducted regularly and are thoroughly documented, including photographs.

Warranties

Our candle and wax melt products must be kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. We use soy wax only. Failure to keep away from direct sunlight may cause candles and wax melts to melt. If stored correctly our candles and wax melts will retain their quality and scent. Some frosting may occur due to the nature of pure soy wax and the fact it does not contain any additives or derivatives, this is more evident on darker coloured candles.

Liability

Body Beautiful You will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury occurred through using our products or services. We ensure every order includes safety information stickers and care cards. We strongly advise you to read these before using any of our products. Please take special note of whether your candle order is able to be burned or is for decoration only.

You are responsible for your own safety and use our products at your own risk.

Prices and payments

WIX is host for Body Beautiful You online store. WIX provides the online storage for payment details and Body Beautiful You will NEVER see or have access to any of your card or payment details. We offer payment through PayPal and stripe. Links to their privacy policies can be found within our own privacy policy on the Body Beautiful You website.

Body Beautiful You will not dispatch any items until payment has been received in full. All of our product prices are listed next to each product on our website. These prices may change at any given time and we do not have to provide you with any notice.

Delivery

Body Beautiful You uses Royal Mail to post orders. We post either Royal Mail first class or Royal Mail second class.

Our delivery time for candles, wax melts and body positivity tote bags is 5-7 working days and we will do our best to fulfil that time frame. Body positivity paintings have a delivery time frame of 2-3 weeks depending on quantity ordered. If any orders are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss this. Body Beautiful You does not take any responsibility for delays with Royal Mail delivery times.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR POLICIES, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OUR WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly in the first instance. You can do this through email, phone number or any of our social media pages. Please explain why you are not happy with your order and if you wish to return/exchange your products. If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

ALL items that have been returned must be unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. All products will go through a thorough inspection by Body Beautiful You before any refund is issued. Body Beautiful You will contact you as soon as the inspection is complete to discuss your refund. Body Beautiful You is not able to refund postage costs. The buyer is responsible to pay for refund postage costs.

If an item has been damaged during delivery please contact Body Beautiful you as soon as possible. Please return the damaged item(s) to us and we will exchange the item(s) and you will not be charged any additional postage costs.
