Delivery

Body Beautiful You uses Royal Mail to post orders. We post either Royal Mail first class or Royal Mail second class.

Our delivery time for candles, wax melts and body positivity tote bags is 5-7 working days and we will do our best to fulfil that time frame. Body positivity paintings have a delivery time frame of 2-3 weeks depending on quantity ordered. If any orders are delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss this. Body Beautiful You does not take any responsibility for delays with Royal Mail delivery times.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly in the first instance. You can do this through email, phone number or any of our social media pages. Please explain why you are not happy with your order and if you wish to return/exchange your products. If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

ALL items that have been returned must be unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. All products will go through a thorough inspection by Body Beautiful You before any refund is issued. Body Beautiful You will contact you as soon as the inspection is complete to discuss your refund. Body Beautiful You is not able to refund postage costs. The buyer is responsible to pay for refund postage costs.

If an item has been damaged during delivery please contact Body Beautiful you as soon as possible. Please return the damaged item(s) to us and we will exchange the item(s) and you will not be charged any additional postage costs.
