Body positivity journals, organisers and notebooks
Our body positivity journals and organisers come in variety of different cover designs but include the same great content. They have been designed for you to do as much or as little as you please, there are no rules, this is your journal.
Each journal contains a years worth of weekly planners which you can use as a diary or to jot down ideas. There is a section on each planner page for you to note down your positive and negative thoughts. There are 12 self care checklists with 30 self care activities. There are 12 body affirming quotes and facts with plenty of space for you to make notes along your journey.
30 day self care challenge
Each month there is a 30 day self care challenge. You don't have to complete it all, this is your journey, do as much or as little as you want to. They are there to remind you to look after yourself and to be kind to yourself. Make yourself a priority, there is only one of you and you are amazing.
Weekly planners
There are plenty of weekly planners in each journal, enough for just over a year, whenever you start using your journal. At the side of each weekly planner there is a positive and negative thoughts tracker. Note down what has been helpful or not so helpful during the week and don't forget to write down those negative thoughts to throw into the bin.
Be body positive, all bodies are good bodies - small, medium or large. Take the photographs you see others taking and wear the clothes you want to wear!
